Building Self Actualization

Building on the basics.  I have looked at my life and asked “Have I accomplished anything?”  I know that I have but there are times when I allow my brain to shed the nonsense of self denial, the imposter syndrome.  You may feel the same way occasionally and say “How do I treat my self better?”  In addition, how can I surround myself with those that care about me.  Nuf said!!

So in reflection, I have to ask is it me or is it how I view myself against others standards of me and most importantly, standards of themselves that has been projected onto me.  I know that is a mouthful but I’m sure you know what I mean.

I now own a school and who knew that it would feel so daunting.  I mean it can be crazy.  Lots of organizations and public entitities to report to and pay annually and you still have to beg your way up on why your program is better.  I have learned not to listen to those who have not done what you have done. Not because they may not be telling the truth but because rose colored glasses is what they get to wear at your expense.

Building a new you takes time, patience, a learning curve, blessing from God and good solid people experiencing the same.
